At Pencils for Change, we deeply appreciate your generosity and support for our mission to provide educational resources and opportunities to children in need. Because donations are used immediately to fund ongoing programs, all donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
1. Donation Refunds
If you made an error in your donation amount or submitted a donation by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@pencilsforchange.org with your full name, donation amount, and transaction details.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2. Event or Product Purchases
If you purchased merchandise or paid for an event through our website, refunds may be available if:

The event was canceled or rescheduled, or

The merchandise arrived damaged or defective.
